Our Policies

Our Policies exist to keep both your pup and our groomers safe and taken care of.

NevaJules understands that emergencies happen, we are here to work with you to ensure the health and safety of your fur baby. Therefore, our policies are in place to better care for both our staff and clients. Our staff are commission and tip based employees and have to be compensated for any changes in their schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Late Pick Up

Please respect the time outlined for your groom. We will allow 60 minutes after the groom before additional daycare charges apply ($15). If you are running behind, please call and inform us so we can care for your pet accordingly.

Late Drop Off

Please respect the time set for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period will be allotted to you in which we will contact you 5 minutes after your appointment time, if contact fails a $15 late fee will be added to your grooming total upon pick up. 20 minutes after your appointment time you will be considered a no show and your appointment must be rescheduled.

No Show

After a no show, $20 will be charged to your card on file or will have to be paid before your next appointment is scheduled

Cancelation

After any and all appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, a $20 cancelation fee will be charged to the card on file or will have to be paid before your next appointment is scheduled. NevaJules understands that emergencies happen, please call us if an emergency or situation happens and have questions regarding this policy.

Matted Pet

As a Part of our care and commitment at NevaJules Paw Spa to make sure every pet's stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible, we do not put your pet through any excessive de-matting. Our policy is to asses your pets coat and if it is found to be too matted to comb out, without causing pain, discomfort or stress for your pet, you will be contacted, however, the groomer will elect to take down the coat short enough to remove mats. All care will be taken to leave coat as long as possible. The process of removing an especially matted coat can sometimes cause your pet to be nicked. Senior dogs are more prone to this as their skin is thinner.
